Andrew Krystal's Radio Days Numbered? Print E-mail

davidNews 95.7's morning talk show host will learn his fate sometime this month. If you're wondering what fate, you're not alone. Krystal himself is probably wondering. In one case, it will be a court decision and in another case it will be the result of a court decision. I'm not going to get into the entire issue concerning Krystal's home life, you can do that by picking up a copy of Frank mag, issue ?????.

The radio wave rumour mill is bursting at the seams with speculation that the Daily News' own, David 'The Rat' Rodenhiser. has been slated to take over Krystal's chair at the Young Street studios, if Krystal's legal case goes bad. Bad? In other words, ......guilty.

Rodenhiser, it has been said, has been chosen to fill in for sometimes funny-guy, failed NDP provincial candidate and former CBC TV video rant guru, Bill Carr, for the summer.

Will the Rat, who is also a regular weekly guest on Rick Howe's Hotline talk show, be competing against Howe later this year?

Oh, and the Rat has also been a regular weekly guest on Krystal's show. Nothing like learning the ropes from the guy you could be replacing.
